I purchased an IP surveillance camera from DinoDirect. The unit was defective. I submitted a claim with them: RMA ID: RF55994683-DD01. Then they simply stopped answering my emails. I opened a dispute with Paypal. DinoDirect responded as follows:

I have not been reimbursed.
Dino Direct has awful customer support. The don't follow up on their own RMA numbers... And they don't honour their "money back" policy.
