I was applying for a refinance on my home. I was told they needed 500.00 in advance i asked their represenitive pete rosewicz if a litigation by my condo association against the buider was a problem. I asked of him 3 times he replied it was no problem. I than agreed to give quicken loans my visa for the 500.00. Than i found out by underwriting that this was a problem. I was mislead very badly and found their dealing with me unprofessional. As of this writing i still have not gotten my refund that they said they would give me back.
