I filled out a application with quicken loans to refinance and cash out equity, what a nightmare! They told me to pay for a apraisal because i got the loan, that was a lie... The apraiser came, did his job and left.
Days went by without a phone call from quicken loans, so i called them, asked them what my home apraised for, they said the apraiser wrote no value for your home and we are looking in to it.
Days went by, so we called the apraiser and told him what quicken loans said, and he said they are liars. He told us quicken loans called him and said cancell the apraisal, and quicken loans kept my money. I tried calling them about my money and a copy of my apraisal that i paid for and never got, but i get no response!!! When i do get a hold of someone they tell me we are looking in to it, we will contact you in 48 hours. They have told me this 7 times!!!
