I ordered a two week "trial" of Equinox Day and Night Serum with no understanding that I would be charged $99.00 for it if I didn't return the product or call to cancel any further shipments of the product within two weeks.By the time I called the company I had already received another shipment and charged $105.00!! I was told by a man with an Indian accent that I would not receive a refund even tho I had already sent the product back to them unopened. I called my credit card company to complain and they assured me that they would take care of it.
