I signed up for a free trial of Equinox Day & Night Serum but recently found I was charged $99 for it. Also, I just received another shipment in the mail and called to find out how to return it b/c I didn't want it. I couldn't find a phone number so I checked my credit card account and found the number. I also found that I was charged $105.95 for this shipment. When I spoke with someone at the company I was told since I didn't return the product in 14 days they would not refund my money even if I sent the product back. When I said I didn't know I was signing up for automatic shipments, I was told I should have read the Terms of Use and that there was nothing they would do for me. I have since called my credit card company and filed a dispute. This company is truly a scam!!!
