I requested a $4.95 trial package of the Equinox product. The web site (which I discovered later was NOT related to Bella Labs) did not specify any time frame or that the "trial package" I was receiving would later turn out to be a REGULAR (supposedly) package of their product. At any rate, it was only a week later that they charged my account $99. When I canceled and requested my money refunded, they said they couldn't refund because I had received the regular package and had to pay for it. I have called three more times, each time getting a different person with a heavy foreign accent, telling me they cannot help me and I cannot get a refund. This is such a bogus deal. The web site used advertised both Equinox and Bella products as being together and all part of the same company and should be used TOGETHER. It turned out after the fact that they are not related at all.
