I called today after being charged another $104.00 from my account. I spoke with a women that I could not understand. She gave me the Nevada address and asked that I return product to that address. However, when I look up this company on internet it has a Richmond VA address. How do I know that what I return is actually going to the company andI will receive a credit for amount recently taken. I have a customer #, date and time of refund cancellation and a RMA #. Email states it takes a week for refund.
