Equinox charged my debit card twice. First for $4.95 and secondly $99.00. I did not order their product nor did I receive product. I researched their company and found an endless list of complaints. To date they have refused to refund my money. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Protection Agency, and People Claims. My bank even attempted to obtain a refund within the 14 day subscription period. The "Customer Service" department said no refund even though the product was not ordered by me or received by me.
