Massapequa nissan found out I was looking for a new quest & sent me e-mails saying they'd comp my best deal & they had 23 models on the lot. Went & they had (1) $40,000 model. Said mine was in Bayshore & it would be there shortly. We did paper work, insurance, etc. I needed it for my business & was told it would be same size as my 2004 trade in & have a similar roof rack. 7 hours later the van comes, we're delerious & see no roof rack & no second key. Craig promises to take care of us tomorrow. We buy the van & leave (I needed it for the weekend). I start calling the next day & showing up & I'm ignored for 6 weeks. I realized the new van was smaller & I could only fit a portion of my merchandise. They also screwed me on my trade in. All the numbers we discussed were different. I begged them for weeks to reverse the deal or get me the roof rack. At last, towards the end of June, asst mgr. Wendy Rivera calls, apologizes & says she's going to make everything right. She promises me a roof rack. This drags on for weeks & I realize she's lying just so I fill out a good survey. I start tape recording all her promises. I call one day & they say she's no longer on my case & again no one will talk to me. I have tape recorded conversations of her promising to rectify the situation. I searched the internet & found hundreds of similar complaints about this dealership. The better business bureau rates them F. I have estimates from other nissan dealers. I just want the $2200 so I can get the roof rack that I was promised & that I need for my business. This dealership has the most deceitful, lying, uncaring, heartless, con artist staff I've ever encountered. The public needs to know so they can avoid buying a car here. Please help!!!
