I was informed abruptly without warning by letter, my account was closed. I did NOT request it be closed.
I have always paid on time, and just when I am very close to my P rewards bonus dollars, they closed my acct.
After speaking to two supervisors who promised to inquire and return my call with proof I requested of their claim "I" cancelled my own acct. No one every returned my calls. Surprise!!! How many other did they do this too! Can they legally do this? Card member since 1991 A rating.
The card was used to purchase supplement from Mannatech Co. For years.
