I ordered this on-line and then had a doctor's appointment later that day. I live on the West Coast, so there is no way that they were able to process my order prior to the next business day. I called that evening to cancel my order as I was diagnosed with eczema not scabies. I left a voicemail message on their machine canceling the order. I thought that would be the end of it. I then received the package at my apartment's management office - they accepted the package on my behalf. I was unaware that it was from Access Nutraceuticals, otherwise I would have tried to refuse accepting it from the office, yet not sure how that would work since they accepted it from Fed-Ex. Anyway, I tried calling them again to dispute this charge and return the product, yet have had no response from them. Do they really exsist or is this a scam? So upset and makes me not want to do business on-line with small businesses. Sad, as I want to support such efforts, yet with bad business protocol - I cannot support this. I hope that they turn around and do the honest thing and return my money. At this time, I do not trust them at all.
