My sister was admitted to this Hospital Sept 25 to have a cervical fusion. Today is march 22. This is her 6th hospitalization referring to the same surgery. She has lost use of her upper body muscle use requiring total care from bathing t assistance in the bathroom. We have detail documentation of what we saw, we only know what we were told about the surgeries. Did I say she has had 4 surgeries in the same area. My concern is what went wrong the first time. Her doctor Dr. Martin Jones only says I don't know. My question is who do we go to for answers. I have tried to get appointments with the chief of staff to no avail. I am told someone will call me back. It has been 6 months and my sister has suffered long enough. Please help us get answers before they kill her or debilitate her for the rest of her life. She is a very young 59 year old who was active and taking care of grand babies before all of this. I look forward to hearing from you.
