I ordered the $1.00 trial of Hoodiastar and paid the $4.95 S&H. The terms stated that I had a 20d trial period and if chose not to keep product, could return during trial period without additional charges. My checking account was charged $38.95 before trial period ended. I called and left the company a message to cancel my account and advised I was returning product. My account was charged a couple of days later.
I made several calls to company but never answered by anyone, only received voice mail responses. I left several messages and more than one number where I could be reached. I wanted to get number from them that was required (per their terms) to return product. I never received a call back.
I emailed Coast Nutraceuticals and received an email from support services stating that I was billed because my trial period had ended. They referred me back to their terms of agreement, eluding that possibly I had not read them. They offered me a $15.00 instant credit to keep my bottle. ($10 instant credit plus a $5.00 instant shipping credit.) They told me "If you must return it, please return it to our Fulfillment Center in Largo, FL." I returned the unused portion of the Hoodiastar to them.
I emailed a reply that I accepted the credit so that I did not lose all under such distasteful circumstances and that I regreted I had not seen the online compliants lodged against their company before doing business with them.
