I ordered a free ($2.50 for shipping & handling) 14-day trial of their face serum. I received the product on 2/21 and tried it for 11 days. I called on the 11th day, 3/4, and cancelled my order. When I received my credit card bill, I discovered that I had been charged $99 on 3/3. When I called the company at 877-316-1856 to complain, I was told that the 14 days started from the day I order the product not the day I received it. I argued saying their advertisement claimed the product could be tried for 14 days, and I couldn't try the product if it was in the mail. I talked with a representative and a supervisor. Both refused to refund my money. I filed a dispute with my credit card company.
