Went in to make purchase which came to 14.28, gave employee 15.00. Went home and ate a cookie which hair was caught in my teeth after pulling another hair out of my mouth. Took the hair folded it up in a napkin which I was told to bring back with the receipt. I did so. Employee called the GM up on the phone in which I was told it could have came from anywhere, I informed the GM that it could not have came from me because I am bald! All she refunded was for the amount of the cookies. 1.64. After spending 14.28 this is the treatment customers get. Went home very unsatisfied. This accured on March 20.
