This is the second time that Facebook has taken money out of my checking account without authorization. I have contacted Facebook, and it went into a dead file, and the number that is provided is also a dead end. I do not even know how they obtained my information.
I cannot stop this with my bank because I would have to file fraud charges, but I cannot get any information on how to contact Facebook. How can they do this without permission? It is not a lot of money at all, but it is still unauthorized.
