Candy Crush 200.00 charge taken from bank, could not cancel

I was playing Candy Crush and tried to buy 1.99 more. I pressed the 200.00 button and tried to cancel, but I do not know how to do that, so Facebook took the money out of my bank.

I called Facebook, and they told me to go to c-facebook.com forward/credit. I did that, but I do not know how to do it. I put the information in, but I could not send it.
