Visa Account Frozen Over Two Charges Despite Never Using Site

Our Visa account was frozen because of suspicious activity by Facebook. There are two charges pending, totaling the above amount, from facebook.com*credit. We have never used Facebook. They do not offer phone support... The reason is obvious. What next?
