The website offered a free trial of the Ecig for the low cost of $4.95 which covered the shipping and handling, once I received it they sent a paper saying $99.99 would automatically be taken out of my account each month which the website said NOTHING about. When I called customer service the ignorant woman told me she would give me a discount even after i told her I didn't ok any other deductions from my account and that I wanted the order cancelled. She then told me I would have to send the free trial back (at my cost) after she sent me a linked email with a confirmation code for the cancellation. It's been a week and still no email, so I cannot send the product back. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!! And the product sucks anyways... This company needs to be shut down before its screws over the rest of the American citizens... I swear theres no honesty left in this world!!!
