I ordered a trial pack of Organa Slim & Organa Cleanse on 29 May. They advertised that as a promotion, this will be free - and only R23.00 per item will be charged. On completion of the order, it stated the shipping costs would be R66 per item. I queried this and received a prompt response by email that a "promotional such "promotional code". Code" had to be entered to qualify for the R23.00 shipping cost per item. On investigating the website once more - there was no trace of such code. On checking my account, R69.12 per item was deducted. I queried this, and have had NO RESPONSE. To date, I have not received anything. I called the "customer care" number today, and was told that the product is awaiting custom clearance. I was then told that I have a few days "trial" left, and that if the order is not cancelled, they would ten charge my account (credit card) with R650.00 plus per product!!! People - beware! These are SCAM ARTISTS! IAfter reading up on this company on the internet - I will be cancelling my Credit Card as this seems the only way to prevent further deductions as per all the information that is out there!!
