I ordered a free trial for shipping charges only and was billed $99 before a full 2 weeks had passed. The worst part is that I cannot find any contact information on this company. I did not get an email confirmation of my order and there was no invoice with the order. No phone number, no address. How can I cancel the product if I cannot locate the company?
