Sunpass has been charging my bank account $25.00 every time I go through there toll. This is mounted up to $450.00. I am going to contact them, but obviously, they are ripping people off with the pre-paid. From the complaints that come it, you get tickets if you don't have a pre-paid pass. Either way, that place is out of control. I cannot believe our state regulators do nothing about these illegal acts. I am sick and tired of the constant rip off of customers by these people.
