It's not a matter of money it's a matter of principal. I played a game that I never got paid for and emailed support. I had emailed them previously because EA's servers had crashed and they don't care. When I spoke to them about the servers crashing they said they investigated and it had been deemed resolved..? I then figure, they'll fix it and play my next game. Well it turns out after a grueling OT match that I don't get paid. I email tech and get a generic response followed by someone saying they looked into a d that the match had been cancelled... What?!! I email them back our x box and virgin tags and what do they do... Tell me it's been resolved and never respond to me again. Like, c'mon this company is taking 1.20 US off every game and won't provide support?
