In Jan., I paid $4.95 for the Trial offer. I spoke to a woman named Cory in Santa Barbara, CA and she assured me this was not a rip-off, my bank card would not be hit unless I placed an order. After 3 weeks of trying to quit smoking, I wasn't happy with the product and had no intentions of ordering more cartridges. On March 7 they hit my bank for $83. I immediately called, my membership was cancelled, I was assured that they would refund my money in 3-5 business days. The bank was good enough to remove the pending charge and my husband then made a withdrawal of all money in case they tried it again. This morning, our bank showed -$83.00. I called them again, same song and dance. I just now got an email saying 'my order had been shipped'. I've just called them again and informed them that we've closed our Bank acct and on Monday morning, I will be filing Fraud charges with the FBI Office downtown. This company needs to be taken to court in a class-action lawsuit!
