March 20th I was doing some online shopping for the first time, I came across (Direct Cigs.) They offered cigaretts at a low cost. I loged on and found what I wanted then ordered two carton of newport cigaretts, I then was called shortly after ordering by someone from (Direct Cigs.) to confirm my order I was told I would receive an email with an comformation order number, 246764855. I also was given an arivial date, 04/04 no later then 04/17. After those dates passed I called (Direct Cigs.) and was told my order had to be reordered and that I would receive my order by 04/22. After 04/23 I decided to call (Direct Cigs.) again. I was told for the forth time that my order had to be reordered again, when I asked them for a refund on my money I was told that wasn't possible that they had to resend the order and I would have to send the order back to (Direct Cigs.). I called (Direct Cigs.) today regarding the order and again I was told that my order had to be reordered.
