The Samsung refrigerator we obtained when we moved into our house in Dec. Of 2009 needed a new part which cost 700 dollars for part and maintenance. Almost exactly three years later, that same part went bad. We were told by the repairman that he has seen many of these refrigerators go bad! The model number of this product is RS267LBRS. This appliance was manufactured in June. It is only 5 1/2 years old! This is a rip off to the consumer! I want some type of compensation for this. It looks like many others are having issues with Samsung refrigerators as well.
