I purchased No flame E-cigarettes; on 3/13 with the promotional rate of only shipping charges of $4.95. According to the terms, I had 14 days to test the product and if I was not satisfied I had to get a RA and return the product for full refund. On 4/1 (to this day I have not received the product), I saw a charge of 109.67 on my bank account. I immediately called the company and explained the situation... They refused to give me credit, they kept on giving me 40.00 off; and I kept telling them that I don't have the product and how could I have tried it if I don't have it? They found out that the product was still in transit. They told me that I had to wait to receive the product and then return it to them for a refund. My argument was that what if I don't get it and what if it was lost? Their response was that, sorry, but we lost our product and we need to have it in order to give you a refund. I called the second time on 4/5, was on the line with them for over an hour... Was able to at least verbally get them to agree to refund me. I have to wait 5-7 days to see the charge reversal on my account. I am writing this to alert and report this company as a scam. I don't want anyone else to go through what I went through.
