I ordered a "trial sample" or at least that waht I thought I was ordering. I read on the website that you could cancel at any time. I checked my bank account the next morning and found that instead of $4.95 shipping and handling I had been charged $44.80. I immediately called and talked to Jason and learned that you cannot cancel until you receive the product and was told that my product was shipped the night before. After 10 days I called customer service again and spoke with Erin and then her supervisor who assured me that my products had not been shipped because "they" had to reorder due to they overwhelming demand and that my bank account would not be charged again because I had cancelled. I was assured that my product would be mailed in a couple of days. I did receive my product 2 days later, I opened the package got out the paperwork and called for a "Return Authorization Number", got that took to the post office and sent the product back. They received my order 2 days later. This is 6 days later I do not have a refund for the return product and my bank account was charged another $40.00 today. There should be a way to get all these complaints taken care of because I saw several on the internet. I am ready to contact a lawyer and sue for false advertising and unauthorized funds withdrawal.
