I have not received my paid for order since February 18th. Everytime I call I get the run around. I did get a complimentary package for my inconvenience. I spoke with David employee # 210916 on the 5th of march and he referred me to Ryan his manager, who told me I would be receiving my order by the end of this week. I got an e-mail indicating that my order was placed but since then I have not received a confirmation of the tracking number as of today, Friday the 8th. I count on these cartridges so I don't smoke and it has been satisfactory for a year this month. I don't know what the problem is but I have to use other sources to tide me over. I am due for another charge on 3/15. I still want to get the three packs per month, but need the February order.in the past year, I have had no problems receiving my order, until now. Whats up!!!
