Scammed me on a cigarette order, ripoff

Ordered cigarettes from this company in november... After about 5 weeks e-mailed them again & they told me they were lost & would resend...

Received another e-mail from the saying another package was shipped on february 8th - today is march 15th & still nothing... E-mailed them for proof of shipping - lost package - reshipping... Never heard back from them...
