On December 15.2012 I order from them two cartons of cigaret brand Marlboro, in total of 55,26 pounds, order # 1052. Regarding the confirmation email the parcel woes sand on December 17.2012. Until this time February 12 I didn't receive this order! I sent them three emails, and i got one respond, they said, if order not coming until February 04, I have to contact them. After that I sent them three more emails, but no responds.
