I received a package from E-cigsbrand today. &40.00 was already charged to my credit card, which is pending now. I did not order these items. I called 1-866-830-2464 several times today. No one answered.instead recording instruction to complain through e-mail is available. It says calls are too busy so you have to use e-mail for complaints. I DID NOT ORDER THIS because I did not like it. You should noy mail products with no order and moreover you should not charge to my credit card.

This order receipt information is completely false because I never did it. You must refund it as soon as possible. Please answer the phone calls if you are doing fair business. I am waiting for your sincere answer. Thank you.
