Cheapest-cigs.com took my money (VISA) on 3/14/06. They neither delivered my cigs nor refunded my money. I did get an e-mail saying my money would be refunded, twasn't. Then got e-mail saying customs seized my order.
Please note: If this happened to you you may have recourse through your credit card company depending on how long it's been. Also, website: customs. Gov says importing cigs for private use is legal if the sending company has tax stamp & proper paper work, otherwise they do seize cigs. I have gotten cigs from companies that do deliver but was lured by cheapest-cigs prices, although in hindsight, $77.70 is a lot to pay for nothing.
This site has kept me from a bad deal in the past, for now on I'll check here before I buy anything, Thank you for this site!
