Eady debit
Want let go of the hold on my card

I have called over and over and asked about this hold but no one will help me to get to the bottom of this. They keep telling me thing to keep putting me off. I have talked to the other party and they said they didnt have the hold on my card nomore that it was readydebit. I have call them and asked them to call the other party find out whats going on but they will not and they want tell me what going on with my money because i need it so i can pay my bills. Readydebit is holding my money and i need to pay my bills if they dont let it go my bills will get cut off because they want tell me what i need to do
