This is probably the worst customer service I have experienced. Becky is just awful. I placed order in mid-December, and did not receive product until February. The product was wrong and receiving took another 3 weeks instead of 10 days as promised. Disconnected calls on hold, numerous emails unanswered and never any follow-up was what I dealt with. I was promised reimbursement on shipping the wrong pair back and have yet to hear back. Again, have sent numerous emails. Buyer beware! I finally did receive the correct pair of glasses but the frustration wasn't worth it. Sounds like I was one of the lucky ones.
