Sent two pair of glasses with broken arms. One pair was my everyday glasses and one were sunglasses that cost 300.00. I paid the fee they requested for repair and as of today, after calling emailing and getting hung up on when I called customer service I still have no glasses.
These were daily wear glasses. They appear to have a Becky S. Who must be the only person who works there because I could never reach anyone even during business hours. They are a scam company and need to be put out of business. I want my money for both glasses that I paid for including the repair of 74.95 they charged me. What a rip off.
