I ordered a paid of Oakley sunglasses from the company website. Several days later I got an email from Becky S. That read eerily like the ones in the other reviews. "Sorry, the frames you've ordered were damaged and they are now discontinued. We can offer you a similar pair". After explaining that I did not want something similar and to cancel my order, Becky S. Became irate. She said my attitude was disgusting and that it wasn't her fault that the website didn't update the correct stock available (wait, what happened to cracked frames story?). She also told me that if I wrote a negative review of the transaction she would call my local police department and tell them that I was threatening her life. Threats? I simply wanted my money back and the opportunity to let others know of their unprofessionalism. After SEVERAL emails back and forth - I was informed that my money would be returned to me. However, it has yet to happen so far.
