I had a contract with a credit card processing co. While with this co. The statement showed no charge to a third party Lease Equipment Co., because of poor service received from the credit card co. The contract was cancelled, which I paid an early cancellation fee. After returning the equipment, about 6 months later the Lease Co. Said I owed for the leasing equipment which I had returned. Approximately 1 year later the attached a judgement hold on my account.
