I'm having the same problem as others have reported with this company. I signed on with a local credit card processing company to lease their equipment to go along with their services. I had them assure me that this lease would be canceled if I no longer used their services, and I told them that I would not, under any circumstances, sign a personal guarantee. The credit card processing company went out of business. I returned the leased equipment along with an explanation as to why it was being returned. They have continued for many months to debit my checking account for the leased equipment. When I stopped the automatic deductions, they started sending me extremely nasty letters about it being a non-cancelleable lease and that I signed a personal guarantee. All kinds of threats along with it. So, apparently, these are all canned, computer-generated letters and they don't bother to go back and actually look at any contract the person may have signed. They are now threatening to sue me and refuse to provide a copy of any paperwork that they claim I signed. Beware of this company if you are tempted to ever do any business with them.
