Lease Finance Group A Division Of CT rip-off! Lease is for 4 years and I am 2 years into it and you can not return the equipment and without paying off the lease

I purchased a credit card machine on a lease agreement from the Lease Finance Group a division of CIT. The lease is for 4 years and I am 2 years into the lease and I still owe $1829.90.

That is one expense credit card machine. They told me I would still have to pay the lease off even if I returned the equipment.
