This business also known as necourt financial and lease finance group send representatives out to small business owners promising low rate credit card services. After you sign the lease agreement they fill in information on the lease that was not agreed upon then try to hold you to it.
Our business agreed to lease credit card equipment on a month to month basis and we received a 48month term lease labeled non-cancellable lease. We returned the equipment and told the company no way. They continue to send us threatening letters demanding the full amount of the lease even though we returned their equipment. Their sales people lied to us and then their leasing group falsified documents. We are still in dispute of this now over 1 year from the date the equipment was delivered to our small business. The business is now out of business.
