I was appalled when I came home to find my dog wandering the neighborhood and animal control at my door. Xfinity came to install the neighbors cable the box is in my yard the installer attempted to feed my dog crackers because I was not home to let him in the yard and he wanted to see if she was friendly so he could enter my property with out permission. When my dog did not want the crackers the installer took it upon himself to enter my yard and let my dog out. He then called animal control and told them my dog hopped the fence my dog has NEVER!!! Hopped any fence. Then to make matters worse I was home that evening my dog was in the house the installer again entered my property without coming to my door and took the s ring hooks we had on the gate to lock them really. I am pissed at the whole situation twice I called xfinity once spoke to customer service rep who said they would look into it not really caring next day I called again to report him entering again talked to a supervisor who was rude and did not care at all. My dog was left wandering the neighborhood for 2 hours alone crossed multiple streets and railroad tracks. Would they have been responsible if something had happened to my dog? Am I not allowed to let my dog stay outside in my fenced yard on a nice day? Maybe this 2 hour window install they are offering is causing these techs to bend break the rules. I am fed up with xfinity and the lack of response to what I consider and very serious occurrence.
