I had the Xfinity alarm system. My home was broken into and burglarized while the alarm was armed. Comcast/Xfinity said the alarm was not armed (Maybe one of the techs that installed it came back with a universal/tech code and disarmed it the burglarized my home after all the techs were all over my home and knew what I had. No one else but my mom and wife have ever been in my home, how did the burglars know right where to go for the loot?)... WTF I armed it when I left the house. The alarm failed to go off and alert the police (if it would have gone off it possibly would have scared away the burglars, It was supposed to be monitored 24/7) A few days later different tech came to my home and stated the alarm brain and keypad was faulty and suffered a catostrofic failure! I got this in wrighting (As should you if this happens to you). Comcast/Xfinity shrugged this off when it was reported to them. So inevitibly I am filing a lawsuit against them, if you have had a similar issue with the xfinity branded alarm system please contact me so I can give you my attourneys information this may turn into a class action suit.
