Comcast cable advertises on tv their home security called Xfinity. They show a women using her cell phone. She is watching live streaming video as one of her children closes a door. She then sets the alarm remotely. My complaint is I have the top of the line security system installed. I expect to be able to see live streaming video. What I get is a video that takes a picture about every 4 seconds. The video cameras do not work when I log on to a computer away from home as advertised. The video displayed on the home monitor is marginal at best and again it records a picture every 4 seconds. Now I'm locked into a three year contract. I used to use Brinks, I made a huge mistake to switch to Xfinity.
