I posted off some gold items to British Gold Refinery which they acknowledged receiving on 13th Feb and emailed me to say someone would be in touch with me once the items had been evaluated. Since then nothing at all despite several calls to their telephone 0800 014 8222 which just goes straight to voice-mail and emails. Have now informed the Police and Action Fraud
