With several voice mail messages I attempted to make an appointment with Ms. Debra Matlock, supervisor, who never returned any of my calls. I contacted Mr. Brian L. Roberts, CEO
who had Ms. Crystal Hruby write to me, but no solution. During most of this time my bundled services (cable, internet, and landline telephone) were cut off. Now I have received a Collection Notice from the Credit Protection Association L.P. Stating that I owe Comcast $510.86 (not itemized).
