I did get a loan of 200 dollars. I was to pay back 260 which was all fine and good but when the 260 was paid off they were still trying to take money out of my account. Stating my loan had been refinanced or some crap. Now they have sold my "debt" to another company who is in the process of taking me to court for the additional amount of 350 dollars which is what they claim I owe them. The are trying to say I stopped payments directly after the money was put in my account. However I can prove all the times the money was taken out and how many times I had to call my bank to have the payments stopped and not allow them to take anymore money. I have all of the paper work they submitted to my bank trying to convince my bank to allow them to take the money once again. I have certainly learned a lesson on this one. No matter how times get... Never ever ever get a payday loan!!!
