The incident evolved two different calls. First was from Donald W Rosenberg, phone 336 949 6092, The second was from Lisa Fagan Phone 876 363 1949. Both advised me that I had won 3.5 million dollars. Mr Rosenberg wanted my bank information and a check in the amount of 370.00 to reimburse Federal Express when they delivered my check. He called me constantly for several day asking if I had the check. I finally advised him that I knew he was a scammer and had turned his name over to the local sheriffs department and to please stop pestering me. He still calls from time to time but I do not talk to him. I just recongnize his voice. Ms. Fagan took a different approach and when you found out my age and that I was divorced she started putting the make on me. When I made it very clear that I was not interested in a female companion at this point in my life, she got to the point of her call. Her first question was, are you familiar with the Publishers Clearing House Sweepstake; I answered yes and that I got mail from them almost day going to my first and name and given name. She then stated that She was a representative from there and her duty was to confirm that I was Don Geary Winstead, and my correct address was 601 Wilson Street, Washington, NC. 27889. She then asked if I had a valid drivers, pass port, a copy of my latest utility bill, a credit card, and a checking account. I told her I had all the above but was not about to give someone over the any information on any of the above. She asked me to please have them ready to show the Federal Express drive, the accompanying FBI agent, and local law enforcement. She also said I should go to Walmart or Walgreen and secure a cash card in the amount of 505.00. I asked what this was for and who would get the card. She said it was just proof that I had talked to her. She called me for three days inquiring if I had got the cash card and I told her no and had no intentions of doing so and to please stop calling me as I knew this was a scam. My phone still rings but no one is on the other line I feel she is still calling.
