Dear T Mobile,
Unfortunately, I had the TMobile line (Personal Information Removed) in Vienna.
I tried to cancel many times the line in different TMobile stores before I left the city but they said that I needed to cancel by T Mobile Hotline because I needed a letter explaining why I wanted to breach the contract.
So, after thousand tentatives to reach someone in the Hotline that could speak in english, someone explained to me that I had to send a letter saying that I needed to breach the contract once I was leaving Austria and, another letter from my company proving that they were sending me to another country.
I sent those two letters on 9th January. After two days my phone was without service.
I thought that everything was correct and TMobile will charge me the 80 € that I agreed.
After that I already unblocked my Iphone paying extra 150€.
Today I received in my bank account another debit of 351,44€ from TMobile.
I can not access my account in the site anymore since I am not a customer and I want this amount back!
