Tmobile sold me cell service, and in my new home the service is poor and dropped calls and no internet on the phone.
I trouble shooted the line and it is well documented that in green valley ranch near the airport they have little to no towers and shotty service in areas in and around my home.
Yet when i tried contacting them they hide behind an email address in upper management or a fax or writing a letter. I did all three yet keep getting letters saying that they will hold me to $200 per line for both me and my mother who are disabled and need 100% cell service incase of emergencies.
It is not ethical to be forced to pay $108 per month for a service that hardly works or be threatened by a non waived $200 per line totaling $400 to cancel something that t-mobile is not providing.
This company is a ripoff, and they are a bunch of crooks, everyone in my neighborhood knows tmobile is the worst service here. I understand now whyy the man in europe trashed the tmobile store for not refunding their moneys.
